◆ COMMISSION PROCESS:
1- Do Sketch: Once you have the idea about what you want for your commission, I'll make the sketch and send WIPs until you are ok with it.
2- Sketch Approval: After you approve the sketch, I'll ask for your PayPal address so I can send you an invoice (this is the only payment method).
3- Get Paid: Once the payment is done I'll be working on the rest of the picture.
4- Sent & Post!: The finished picture will be sent via Sta.sh in better quality and I'll upload it on my socials.
‣ You can also ask me to send it to your email.
‣ You have permission to upload it to your account too! (giving credit, of course).
‣ Please let me know at the beginning if you want it to be PRIVATE.◆ PAYMENT:
• Once the SKETCH has been approved, 100% of the payment must be made.
• SKETCH COMMISSIONS must be paid upfront.
• The payment will be through PayPal via invoice: you will have to provide me with your email address so I can send you the payment request to your account. I will NOT accept payments in any other way.
• Commissions that EXCEED the value of 100 USD can be paid in 2 fees: 1st half after the sketch and 2nd half when the commission is finished.◆ WORKING TIME:
• Commissions are usually completed within 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity, people in the queue and personal circumstances.
• Please avoid rushing me. That will not make the process faster as I don’t feel comfortable working under pressure. You can send me a message asking about the progress of your commission and I'll answer as soon as I can. I appreciate your patience while I'm working.
• I don't work with deadlines since it takes me time to finish a commission. I can make exceptions (if I have the time), but you must ask for it a month in advance and a fee of +45% will be added to the price to compensate for the extra work time.◆ REVISIONS:
• In case you want to RE-DO the whole idea of the SKETCH, I will charge extra and it will have to be paid upfront (this is only to prevent any kind of scam).
• Once I'm in the LINEART or SHADING process, only 2 minimal adjustments will be allowed. Asking for more or bigger changes will be charged extra (unless I personally made a mistake).◆ REGARDING ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
• The price of every Additional Item (Alternative Version & Panel) will depend on its complexity.
• If you have already paid for your commission and then you decide you want an addon, you will be charged +10% to the total price of it/them. Either way, please try to be specific in the beginning.
• PANELS are for: a better view from another angle, close up, an internal view or any other extra detail you want to see in the picture.◆ ADDITIONAL INFO:
• I'm a native Spanish speaker and I'm not so good at English. Your skills at this language are IMPORTANT. Please avoid commissioning me if you don't meet this condition.
• I have the right to reject any commission.
• If there are many people in the queue, you will be notified first.
• I have the right to recycle any commission SKETCH (that has not been used) for personal work if I want to.
• In case you want to CANCEL your commission in the middle of it, you can have a refund, but it'll depend on how much progress I had made, so you will only have a percentage of your payment.
• You have the right to post any of my drawings I have made for you on social media as long as I am tagged in it.
• The WIPs and the finished picture will be sent via Sta.sh. You can also ask me to send it to your email.
